Information about the Capybara:The Capybara covers much of the continent of South America. They are semi-aquatic mammals native to areas near water, along with flooded rainforest and marshes adjacent to rivers. They are herbivores who feed mostly on grasses and aquatic plants, but will also eat tree bark and fruits. Capybaras are highly social animals, living in large packs with up to 60-70 individuals from various families. They are the largest rodents on earth, growing up to 4.5 feet and length and weighing up to 140 pounds.
