Information about the Horned Puffin:The Horned Puffin is a pelagic seabirds of the family Alcidae. They are somewhat similar looking to penguins due to their coloration of black and white, but they are not closely related. Horned Puffins feed primarily on fish. They choose the rocky, isolated islands off the coast of Alaska, British Columbia and Siberia to breed, but spend much of the winter far out to sea. Rarely, some individuals will wander down the coast as far south as California. Because of it's colorful bill the Horned Puffin is occasionally called the 'sea parrot.'
