Slow LorisSlow Loris line art illustration (click image to enlarge) Slow Loris full color illustration (click image to enlarge) Artist's notes: The Slow Loris was completed on 5/1/2009. This is one of my favorite drawings to date. A fantastic image was supplied by my friend Stephanie - who is the staff photographer at the Houston Zoo - and it was used as the basis for the drawing. These animals are amazing and their massive eyes so arresting and wondrous. I also think their hands are very cute and very distinctive.
Information about the Slow Loris:Slow Lorises are native to the lush rainforests of southeast Asia. They are tree dwelling primates who are rarely seen outside of the forest canopy.
