Q: What is the difference between a One-Time Use license and an Extended license? A: Examples of a one-time use: trade show display, incorporation into a logo, single use in a book, magazine or flyer, website graphic or a product where the image is not the primary selling point of the product. An extended license would be needed if the image is a primary selling point of the product. For example, if you used an illustration with your business name across it, that would not require an extended license. If you sold t-shirts where the image itself is the selling point, that would require an extended license. Here's some examples:
The drawing has been incorporated into a logo. This does not require an extended license.
This shirt shows the illustration would be the primary selling point of the product. This would require an extended license.
